• Document context — role, employer, jurisdiction, document type.
• Uploaded documents for the duration of analysis and 90 days of retention thereafter.
• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Service telemetry — page views, error events, and aggregate usage. No third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To generate your AI-assisted report and deliver it to you.
• To improve quality and reliability of the service in aggregate, never tying improvements back to individual documents.
• To respond when you contact support.

What we do not do

• We do not use your documents to train AI models.
• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share your documents with third parties except infrastructure providers under written contract.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@lexinsight.com. We aim to honor data-access and deletion requests in line with applicable privacy laws.

By using LexInsight, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What you get

For each order, LexInsight delivers an AI-assisted analysis report based on the documents and intake context you provide. The scope of the report is determined by the tier you select. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees.

What you don’t get

LexInsight is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or an attorney-client relationship. Our reports are informational and analytical only. For decisions about signing, negotiating, or litigating, consult a licensed attorney.

Refunds

If we cannot complete your review for technical reasons, you’ll receive a full refund. Refund requests for completed reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to the address associated with your order.
