LexInsight wants the service to be usable by everyone who needs it, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion.
Our target
We are building the service to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target we are working toward, not a certification, and no independent audit has certified the service.
We aim to test the real order flow, not only this page. That means the marketing pages, the intake and upload steps, checkout, the processing and report-access screens, and the report itself.
Where we are
The service is in active development. Some parts are further along than others, and we expect to find problems as we test. Rather than publish a conformance claim we cannot support, we describe what we aim for and ask you to tell us where it falls short.
Known limitations
- Testing of the report document, including its generated PDF, is not complete.
- Some third-party components used at checkout and in payment are outside our control. We rely on the provider's own accessibility work for those surfaces.
- The report contains dense legal-style text. We are still working on how well that reads with a screen reader and at high magnification.
Tell us about a problem
If something blocks you, contact info@lexinsight.co and describe:
- the page or step you were on;
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- the browser and any assistive technology you use.
You do not need to diagnose the cause. A description of what happened is enough, and it is the most useful thing you can send.
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge an accessibility report within three business days and to tell you what we intend to do about it.
